Australia Day marathons Come Dine with Me Australia Too Fat for 15: Fighting BackAustralia Day marathonsVarious channels, various timesDidn't we used to think celebrating Australia Day was a bit, you know, un-Australian? Oh well. At 8.30am, the LifeStyle Channel kicks off proceedings with a 10-hour Border Security marathon, which should help foster the feeling of being a nation somehow under siege. From noon, Arena is running 10 hours' worth of Tabatha's Salon Takeover, the series in which blunt-spoken Australian hairdresser Tabatha Coffey harangues hapless Americans into cleaning their filthy salons. You might also get a sense of Australian cultural superiority out of MTV's all-day marathon of the execrable reality series Jersey Shore (starts 8.30am). Other marathons include The Dog Whisperer (Bio, from 10.30am), Australian Renovations (How To, noon) and Bondi Rescue (National Geographic, 6.30am). There's no change to regular programming at nitv, apart from a screening of the 2009 Survival Day concert at 3pm.Come Dine with Me AustraliaLifeStyle, 8.30pmIt's halfway through another week of dinner parties but you can still pull up a chair tonight. Our host is freight-train driver Tony and the verdict is to be delivered by cowgirl Cheryl, sales executive Donna, bodybuilder Doreen and real-estate agent Lachlan, who aren't exactly getting along like a house on fire.Too Fat for 15:Fighting BackLifeStyle You, 9.30pmAffecting stuff, as enormously large American kids set about trying to shed the fat that has them pointed towards an early grave.
